I strive to stock quality reasonably priced items. Most of my items are gently used and any noted issues are listed.
I do charge a reasonable handling fee in my quoted shipping charges to cover my expenses. I do try to keep my item's price the cheapest on ebay. I also offer "best offer" options on almost all of my store items. Please do not leave me low feedback marks because of my handling fees ... shop around and then make me an offer to keep your costs lowest. I will consider all reasonable offers. I am a single mom and I am trying to make this a viable income so I can stay at home with my young children including one who is autistic. If the shipping seems unreasonable to you, please shop elsewhere.
I include shipping confirmation on all printed labels. I do offer refunds on a case by case basis. You may return an item if it is not as described. I do my best to be sure all items work properly and are accurately described before listing, but mistakes do occur. An email, immediately upon receipt advising of any problem is required. I will give complete instructions for return.
It is my policy to only give feedback once feedback is received. This is the only assurance I have that you are completely SATISFIED with the transaction.
** I do ship overseas. I recently had several non-receipt disputes for overseas packages. Paypal refunds their money causing a loss for me even though I did ship the item and I have my receipt. I prefer to ship all overseas packages Priority mail. The customs form is marked "merchandise" and actual cost is documented - no exceptions. I will continue to ship to CANADA first class mail and on occasion will make exceptions so please do ask. Also please realize that when I list an item usually the weight is put in as a range (e.g. 1-2 pounds) and the postage is charged accordingly. The buyer is responsible for all customs fees.
